Welcome to Pilates Training Hub, where passion meets expertise. We are not your average Pilates school, accredited by Active IQ, our mission is to provide bespoke L3 Diplomas in Instructing Matwork Pilates. Our in-person training and hands-on approach empower future instructors with the skills and confidence they need to excel. With small class sizes, we create a supportive learning environment where each student can thrive.

Our Pilates teacher training courses are held at two beautiful locations; the serene Pavilion in Chichester, perfect for focused learning, and our gorgeous Loft studio in Newquay, Cornwall, a bright, welcoming space ideal for deepening your practice.

We also host retreats, special events, and bespoke wellness experiences at our Newquay studio, perfect for, celebratory weekends, or group wellness days. All designed to inspire, energise, and strengthen both body and mind.
